Thank you for the update! I've certainly been missing you 3nodding
I hope you have a really great time on your vacation! Perhaps a net-free one would be the right choice. I doubt I could do that though. Even on my two week trip we had a chance to blog and use the internet every few days.

I'm sure I'll be checking in at some point, if only via my mother's laptop. If I had to I'd be fine without the net but if it's there it is rather hard not to say "why not?" and use it.

But I must read and walk lots and lots and lots! Fresh air and a fresh mind, plus chewing through the multiple stacks of books on my to read list. And on the floor of my apartment. Of course I just bought about a dozen more books this past month. rolleyes

Going to be a more active couple of weeks than originally thought. Tuesday is D&D, Wednesday I drive north and stop to see my sister. The weekend Rotarrin will be up north to visit both me and my parents. After Monday, and until I come back to town Thursday or Friday it should be quiet though.

Everything should be fun. D&D is a 'go' for Tuesday, with two if not all three of my players, so that makes me very happy. I already have most of what I need to run the session worked out so I just have to gather the papers before hand.

Also, tomorrow I'm making another cheesecake with Elielioh (new in the GCC, my neighbor offline, Eli for short from now on for my typing ease). We'll share it with everyone on Tuesday just as we've done with the five other cheesecakes we've made so far. We're working our way through a cheesecake recipe book I have since discovering we both love making (and eating) them. Sharing the results means we wont kill ourselves doing so, lol.

Ah, the books. xd Mostly history but a couple slim, old sci-fi anthologies thrown into the stack. All from a used book shop downtown. The history is ancient Britain and WWII.

Awesome. My boyfriend was getting a game set up before I left on my trip. Now it's fallen off to the side. I have no idea when we will play since I'm starting school next monday.
