Welcome to Holy Eidolon Charity! Here we've established a small community of people who are looking to aquire some assistance with their quests, and/or are looking to assist other people with quests. We do not do art; I'm sorry, for that go to an Art Shop, or Freebie thread. We, here at Holy Eidolon, donate either gold amounts, or items to those that seek our help. The sole purpose behind creating it lies in each of our desires to give to others. We find that the majority of us, as often we too are questing ourselves, can relate to the average Joes and Janes of the questing world here on Gaia. We understand the difficulty that challenges them out there on the streets of Gaia as they labor to raise enough gold, that really seems impossible after a certain point. We understand that climbing that hill gets tiring and everytime you look up at the top, you cringe at how much more distance you have yet to cover. And so we made this charity, hoping that you'll bring us your tiring quest, so that we may assist you in any way that we can.

So come on in if you're looking for donations, want to help out and donate to others, or simply want to hang-out, we love company of all sorts!

01. Follow Gaia TOS This is standard for about every thread out there. Please continue to respect that here.
02. No Bumping Please, for goodness' sake there are other people around you. Converse. Unless there are no other people around, then bumping for the thread is much appreciated.
**Smileys of any kind by themselves count as bumping, as do lyrics and pointless posts with yourself if no one else is around: i.e. having a conversation with yourself.
03. Respect As the owner of this thread, you need to respect me, and my staff by association, as well as the other members of the charity. This includes but is not limited to flaming other members: I do not want anyone attacking me or anyone else in this thread.
04. Read the rules The general thread rules, as well as the one for posting an application below. Failure to do so could result in blacklisting. Failure to abide by any of the rules and having part in inappropriate conduct will result in blacklisting.
05. Follow the bulletin Keep track of the announcements and such in the bulletin.
06. Keep cursing to a minimum We do have younger players on here and we need to keep this a friendly environment.
07. Do not beg That is not how you get a donation. Hang around, talk, and be friendly. This includes sob stories about being hacked and being in dire need of donations. That behavior will get you black listed.
08. No hit and runs If you want a donation, you'll have to stay and hang out like everyone else. The more involved you are, the better chances you have. So please, stay active.
Also: Tell us what you get If you recieve a donation from a member of the thread, please post a thank you, as well as the item(s)/gold amount you got and from whom just so we can keep the front page updated. Understand anyone in here can give to anyone, of course by all means. But by filling out a form you are asking for the Charity to give you a collective donation from its funds.
**If the donation was on behalf of the Charity, it will say so.
09. No advertising, or eggs I don't want to see any links, banners, or pictures, for other threads, arenas or those damn pets and dragons. Keep it out.
**If you're using it as part of conversation to direct someone, show something, or sharing something amusing, link it. If it's part of your signature or post format it's fine. Just no random demands to go, click, donate, buy, or visit threads, arenas, shops, or sites.
10. Literacy We all make typos, that's fine, but please type out your words. No "1337", "cht spk", or "txt tlk". "lol" and the like are fine. i dnt wna c th1$.
11. No PMs That means to me (bunny) or any other staff member for your applications. If you have any problems, suggestions or any charity-related topic that need attention, and cannot be brought up in the thread, PM Holy Eidolon, otherwise post it all here.
12. Do not quote the first page Enough said.
13. Mods Only Only Mods and Semi-Mods (colour regulars) can enforce the rules. If you see someone breaking a rule or posting an incorrect application please wait for a mod to deal with it. Do not tell him/her what he/she is doing wrong or enourage the behavior, we will handle it.
**In the event that one of us is not online you may post a helpful reminder to reread the rules for the person but do not direct him/her beyond this suggestion.
14. No Page stretching. It's annoying and takes up too much space. Just don't do it.

Standards to apply:

For your enjoyment, we will occasionally host games, events, or triva of the like for small prizes. If you have any questions about any event/contest/game, please post them in the thread. If you PM them we will not respond, and simply redirect you to the thread.
General Rule For All Games: You may not for any game or event use any mule accounts for extra posting, guessing, or general chances for winning. That is considered cheating in here and you will be diqualified and blacklisted for it!

Art Contest! For this small event you need to draw, may or may not be in colour, either a couple (as close friends, NOT romantic) drawing of devilbunny91 and A Royal Revolver, or a group drawing of the whole staff. After we receive at least five, we'll pick the best. Winner will get 5ooo G.

Pants on Fire! I'll post a random list of truths on any one day of each week randomely (could be about me, the staff, the charity or just random facts), and your job is to pick the lie(s) from the list. For guessing it right you will receive a random prize (gold or an item) worth min 1k.
TWIST LIST: Sometimes the list may contain more than one lie, in which case the more you guess correctly, the worth of the prize gets multiplied by that number. (ex. pick three lies, prize is min 3k worth, and so on) For each lie picked off the Twist Lists, I will cross that lie off to avoid cheating/repeats. You may receive a bonus if you guess all the lies in a list (Rare Twist List) containing 6 or more lies.
