Instead of putting the cupcake batter in cupcake wrapper things, she put them in ice cream cones.
So it was basically having a cupcake in place of ice cream. Very creative.

You know what would be amazing on them? A whipped cream frosting/a frosting that doesn't have a strong flavor. You could put it on to sort of look like soft serve and add sprinkles and not have it be overwhelming. emotion_drool
