That's kind of a weird thing to split by, the med/non-med. The dorming and commuting thing seems nice though because half the time my orientation would talk about missing home or living on campus and I'd just be liek welllllllllllll...

Ah, my uni is famous for being a medical school, so.
It's basically, like, you either paid a crap-ton to try to
get to medical school or you went because you live
close by. I fit the latter. LOLOL. But on a serious note,
it really is quite a good school for other fields and whatnot.

I was always under the impression that semester systems are harder. XD
But that may be because I dislike juggling many classes at once, ahaha.

Typically any STEM major has to take a bunch of classes on a given quarter/semester to graduate in time. XP

Ah, so I've heard. A lot of the STEM majors I talk to have to take more
than three classes a quarter usually because the credits for their classes
are so weird? Like, typically a class is 5 credits at my uni so you'd take
three in a quarter to be a full-time student. But a lot of engineering and
math classes are four or less credits which seems strange considering
how much much it is. I guess they want you to take more to learn more.

I thought full-time was always defined by 12 units but I guess that varies with different schools and quarter systems.

I totally should have failed...but I didn't!! I was so happy afterwards omg. But now I have to wait for my mom to get a new car...so I can have the old one lol. Soooooon...soooooooooooooon.

My classes are pretty good. I like them all a lot (except for the required class...lol). I feel like I'm really busy, but as usual I think I'm just filling up my free time with procrastinating... by doing nothing. XD

...DAMMIT...well I'M GONNA PUT IT IN MY CALENDAR THIS TIME. Why do I always think your birthday is in November?? And your birthday is a day before my bestie's birthday so I'm really irritated that I always get the date wrong. Well I guess I got closer than last year...
I went to a korean restaurant/karaoke bar! There's like ONE in my state lol.
Unfortunately I should have thought it through because my kpop loving friends hogged most of the time...
But someone bought me replacement microphones (cuz I broke my moms but she never found out LOL). So now we can do karaoke at my house for freeeeeeee. XD

you can pretty much only get that many credits by taking three class, and since
most classes are 5 credits each, you generally take 15 credits a quarter. That's
what I was trying to get at. But yeah, I don't know how people take more than
three classes a quarter. Even just three can be really draining.

my birthday with November though. Try associating it with Halloween instead, lol.
