I like pocket watches and seashells, scraps of burnt paper and watercolors. I like
when words are mercilessly slapped together to create harsh truths, I like quotes
that stop and make you think, I like books that hook you from the first letter all
the way past the last period, I like, I like, I like. I live in a place where progress is
made and reversed almost constantly, where the sun likes to shine just enough to
get on my nerves, and where the fog likes to settle like a cat in the morning only
to disappear when the sun comes rolling up. I listen to music that makes you feel,
I read poems that are inspiring, I live, I breathe, I smile.
