It's rather rude to advertise your thread in someone's thread. I believe that's against the ToS... Unless the owner gives the green light, I guess.

I realised, but my quest a very peculiar quest, so it would be easier if the owner simply viewed my thread, that's all.

Mr. Egg isn't here very often because he is pretty busy. Next time, please read the rules, though. I understand you want some advertisement for your own charity, but Bangs is right about it being rude. (Not against ToS, really)

You could have just come in here and stated your quest. Usually people here are very inquisitive and ask lots of questions. At that time, it would be more apropriate to discuss why you're looking for what you're looking for.

...if you're really trying to stock up for a charity of your own, it kind of comes off as a little selfish gobbling up gifts from other charities to give out at your own charity, though...just making an observation.
