Well my a*****e landlord just used our trash barrel which is completely illegal. I called the trash service that we use, they said to call the police and they will fine him. I'd do this but he wouldn't renew our lease and we'd have 60 days to leave, so I'm between a rock and a hard place with this bullshit.
