While I do feel sorry for the cat and I'm sincerely really sorry for your friend as well, animals will be animals, no matter how trained, no matter how domesticated -- instinct can kick in at literally any moment. It's unfortunate, but that's how it is. It's not the dog's fault.

If you were one of the people going "lol dogs suck cuz this happened", you are a ******** moron. End of.

the house we rent came with an outdoor dog i got the job of tending. I don't mind as i like dogs fine but since she is strictly outdoors i keep my two cats strictly indoors.
