WINDOWS 8 PROBLEMS, PLZ HELP!

so i bought a new MSI gaming laptop that came with Windows 8 pre installed. there have been a few things that have been bugging the s**t out of me and i don't know what to do to fix it. i posted a video so you all can see this bullshit.

1. only a few apps actually work.
2. internet search bar freaks out and doesn't let me type.
3. typing cursor randomly goes back up to the top of the page which makes typing a b***h,.(this post took me 15mins to type.)
4.the scroll bar always freaks out and goes back to the top of the page when i try to scroll down.
