my lease says no pets allowed, I do wonder if Snacks count?
My lease also says no pets allowed. I was kinda surprised, actually. Especially when I found boxes from some kinda dogfood dispenser, and when I turned on the AC it smelled like a dog...
Then a few days later when I signed up for renters insurance and gave the rep my address, they asked if I had a dog. I said no and asked why, and they said someone that used to live here had a dog and it bit someone.. apparently stuff went down.
mrgreen
So that's why we're not allowed to have pets. It's not as if I mind, really I like seeing no pets on the lease. It means there's a low likelihood the last people living there had a pet (hopefully).. On the other hand, it can mean the landlord learned a valuable lesson.
Lol speaking of pets. One of my neighbors has the first truly domesticated dog I've ever seen. When I visit his house the dog walks by me and likes to be petted (and he'll lick if you do), but he's totally chill. I've seen the dog sit outside before on warm days just chilling. Nice dog.
Almost everyone else I've met has a dog that isn't domesticated. My other neighbors have a hilarious dog, I think it has mental problems because every time they open their front door it runs out and kinda like.. jumps all over the place. Completely crazy XD
