The main complaint I hear a lot: "It's not working right"

That typically either turns into it's running slowly or weird things just started happening one day(which are typically found to start happening after visiting a suspect site or an unusual download).

I spend a lot of time playing catch up on basic computer maintenance or removing viruses. I do on occasion get something interesting like some form of hardware failure but mostly I spend time starting scans and dealing with the results...
I'd have to agree, strongly. Hah
In the shop I work in, we get a lot of people coming in with new computers that aren't correctly configured for sound, so I'd have to say missing sound card drivers.

On another note, the rarest I've seen is a "Failure to Nobulate". Image search it! xD

  2. Help I've locked my account!
  3. Help I forgot my password!
  4. Help my screen is sideways! (Usually someone else in the office being a prankster)
  5. Printers suck
  6. PEBKAC
  7. Displayport Adapters are s**t
  8. Harddrive failure
  9. Help I've locked my account!
The main problem is dumb people doing retarded things and blaming it on the OS.
Self employed tech here:

1. PEBKAC
2. Help! I can't stop downloading "Antivirus 2012!". I already used "Speed Booster 2012!".
3. Help! My laptop is overheating!
4. Help! I forgot the password to my computer!
5. Help! I can't see anything on my screen!
6. Help! My computer needs more RAM!
7. Help! I want to run this game on high with my 20 year old computer!

None of this bothers me though. I make money either way.
I used to run a 160W processor (well, technically 80W, but Max TDP was 160W) dual-quad core, core unlock. I'd crash maybe 1-2 times a day, BSOD when I tried 4.2 GHz.

For me it was:
1. Random Crash
2. BSOD
3. thats it
