Before I post, I might as well say this: Yes I know that my laptop is old and outdated and very low tech. It's a 6 year old laptop but since I just graduated from college and don't have a job yet, I can't afford getting a new one. The only upgrade I did to it was upgrade the RAM from 1.22 GB to 2 GB.

As far as favorite software.... well, aside from playing my PC games I use GIMP and MS Paint alot since I like to do some graphic design.

And when I do have the chance, I would like to get a laptop that is good for gaming since I constantly play PC games on my laptop (and I travel a lot so I would prefer getting another laptop than a desktop).

right dnow for me is a compaq SR5605F with a 3 gb of ram ( going to upgaerd it with 4 ) and a radeon 4550 video card with an hp 23'' monter with an DVI hook up to it.

a netbook next to it for emails and more.

finished my new computer this weekend. It only took a few days here and there but, I bought all of the parts myself and assembled it myself. I'm currently on it, and I currently love it more than anything in this world haha

I have a custom windows 7 OS, I'm not revealing what custom version, just know it's windows 7 fine tuned for gaming and media
2 screens, 32 inch LED LCD 1080p, and this old 19 inch flat panel LED screen (it's just to keep window clutter down)
besides the basic fans a person would have, I installed 3 120mm fans to keep this thing cold as ice

not so much computer specs, but I got a razer lachesis 5600dpi mouse and razer keyboard (can't remember the name) in celebration of the new computer.

I also threw in a few LED strips to jazz it up


this thing is hauling some serious a** (for me) and I have plans to upgrade it even further. cool
