After August 30, 2010... 7th PC had its memory upgraded from 320 MB to 512 MB, had a second sound card, an extra optical drive... a notebook one, an extra floppy drive, and a USB 2.0 expansion PCI card. In the next few months, I have revived my very first desktop, Cyrix, now called Cyrix2. Acer Aspire 2856 had its modem PCI card replaced with a wireless G PCI card, and the 13.1 GB hard drive was replaced with a Western Digital 9.4 GB hard drive. And just recently, I got a new computer, so I'm not using the ancient Inspiron 8100 regularly anymore. (Finally!) Previous post is here.

Cyrix2
*Old computer that was around since January 3, 1999. It was there to get us away from Dad's Acer Aspire, but that was pointless, as Acer had Internet access at the time. The CPU then died in November 3, 2002. Replaced within three weeks, and finally went out on April 8, 2004. Seven years later, it was found out to be the ancient AT power supply that died. Found a manual on the motherboard, and soon got it working with an ATX power supply. Been working fine ever since.*
