Not that I'm overly competative but I almost thought I'd met a machine against which mine had no advantage.

Why put an MX card in an otherwise exceptional machine?

Is your mainboard by any chance the AT7? So far I've only managed to fill 6 of the ports on mine, I doubt I'll ever understand why they fitted so many.

I think most people here are happy to go with a computer that works and does all that they need it to rather than wasting money on constantly upgrading it.

On that note, I'd take my 206MHz, 64MB Linux system over most for the simple fact that just plain works with no fuss.
Oh, that and it fits in my pocket. blaugh
