Good AMD Socket 754 Motherboard?

I just bought a 3000+ with a MSI K8T Neo-FSR and I couldnt be happier.
About 70 bucks, and has tons of features.

And for the record, I think the money saved with the 754 is worth not going with the 939.
Sure the 939 is a little better, but not all of us have the money.
In fact, the reason I went with AMD was for the great prices and preformance.
