Still can't harvest >:(

I planted some soy about a month or more ago and I still can't harvest it. It hasn't even spoiled. it's like my crops are frozen. I can't harvest from the trees or the buildings either, accept the buildings still spoil. I don't know what to do. It's been almost a month and I've stopped even bothering to go to the game because there's really no point if you can't actually play it... I've reported the bug several times with no response. sad

My problem is just the oppisite. I plant my crops or start on my bee hive and others and in the 5 minutes or so I go to a different site or to someone elses farm all my crops and everthing else Iam harvesting is spoiled. Which shouldn't happen when my bee hive is 5 hours and grapes or sunflowers are 3 to 7 hours. It's very disappointing even when I have about 200 happiness.
