Really ridiculous problem!

I have played Monster Galaxy for over a week and some of my friends have played for more than 1-2 months. I have problems about inviting/having neighbors/send gifts since the day I play.(I can't add any people in my gaia friend list to Neighbors or send gift to them.) I thought it's just my own problem.... However, I ask my friends 2 days ago. "All" 10-12 of them CAN NEVER add a Neighbor or send a gift! How ridiculous ?! I thought it's like a multiplayer game. But it becomes just a single player game if we can't play with or help our friends!
These are the problems. We can send invitations to our friends through the "Add more neighbors" bottons. But there exist no neighbors appear in our neighbor list....*@&#^%^....It's just 0/20 forever no matter how many times we click "Join" through the invitation. One more thing is that when we click the "send" button in "Send free gift" tab, no windows/gift but only the message "Congratulations! You have sent all your gifts for today." shows up,....., not sometime or one day, but everyday!
Bloody hell I love this game but I just can't play with my friends...
Are these known bugs and Have the game dev or whatever team given up on fixing these serious problems?!?!?!?!!!?!
If they just let it be, this really good game will just turns into a single player mini game and die off.... sigh...

yep there well known, gaia is slow at sorting problems, unless the bug works in our favour lol.
im lucky i can accept neibours, but there are quite a bit who cant.

biggrin I had this problem and... stare . i still have it..kkkkk But.....

..But all you can do is report. And you must "add" more people. Some neighbors maybe use incompatible browsers...anyway, invite more...until you have a good and enough number of players helping you and being helped by you.
Don`t give up...Because i didn`t and i still here...and just like you...my desire is don`t play anymore...but... i have hope... biggrin stare

I'm one of the lucky few that can add neighbors. But since they can't add me back, it's no fun any way. Most of my gifts don't arrive either. :/

Oh yes, your gift arrives.

I am suffering the glitch from some time end of june.
I have 0 neigborns now, all them dissapeared in a bluff, but I follow receiving the gifts my friends send. This is not even necesary you been my neigborn, just been gaia friends you can send and I receive. The problem is for me to send because not having neigborns the system reply I have already sent all my free gifts.
The second part of the problem is because not been able to use the fruit atacks we rely only in the heal pots which is quite more difficult, over all because ppl get tired sending you heal pots ...and receiving nothing back.

The gift which we dont receive is the one is supposed you send giving thanks when you use one fruit atack and one of our mogas fight for you, but the free gifts - heal pot + evol pot + starseed... we get them (max 5 of each) if we have friends which are nice to send.
