no weekly bonus, can't collect daily bonus, no neighbor sun

currently experiencing many glitches:
no bonus sunshine in neighboring villages -approximately two weeks now
no daily bonus' for over a month-resets anywhere from 3 days to 9 days
no weekly bonus in approximately 2-3 weeks
constant refreshing- I even upgraded my browser to see if that would fix the problem

Please help-

I'm having the same issues. The Daily bonus reset thing is starting to get irritating. It's been going on for months. I can often get to about 3-4 days before mine resets to 0... and I'll have been on less than 12 hours ago every time I notice this.
