Level 16 but only 15 plots allowed?

I think there's a glitch... I managed to level up to 16 via shared exp posted on Facebook with my mule account however there were no new plots given to me. When I tried to add a new plot by planting a vegetation on an empty land, I recieved the message 'You can only plant 15 farm plots at level 16. Reach level 17 to plant more farm plots'

I tried the same thing with on my main fb account (level 15) and it says 'You can only plant 15 farm plots at level 15. Reach level 16 to plant more farm plots'

Did anyone else encounter this issue as well? And is there any way to get it fixed?

You don't get a new plot every level. The plots are dispensed farther and farther apart as you level.

Plots don't show up every level but you can find out when your next one is by trying to plant a crop outside of a plot. It will tell you when your next plot will show up.
