Can't give neighbors gifts?

I've been sending gifts just fine up until today. Suddenly, it's just stopped working, though. I click on the gift I want to send and nothing happens.

it is happening to me again. It took me a while, but after restarting my laptop and refreshing the browser for half of the night, i got it to work. Hopefully it works for the first time tonight :

I've been having the same issue i can't send any gifts it freezes every time and i have to reload the page and start all over
