I'm having an error that I think a few other people are having. Every time I try to use zong I get the message fine that says "To complete the transaction, reply with GAIA. You will be billed xGBP. Hotline: ............." I try to reply with GAIA but it always comes up with Message not sent, Retry?

This is with an O2 sim card. I understand that you're busy around this time of year but please could you help, I'd like to be able to buy credits for this month's envelope.

I have the exact same problem, and Im on Orange.
I only put money on this phone to do this.

I'm a British custom and I tried buying cash through the miobile but everytime I get sent the message and go to reply to the number it comes up with the message Address not allowed. I really want to buy the cash.
