Personally, I think since Gaia ******** up, Gaia should be responsible for it themselves and not push all of this onto the users who got screwed over.
But if they won't, then I'll just buy the cash back.

ok i tryed to buy the cash but i only typed the pin in on one so i ended up with 4000 gc and i used it all so if i buy it to the adjustment will it still be only 40 dollars or will it count as 70?

ive been having problems with gaia since i got hacked 600-800k.... they aint done nothing about it and now they are gunna take stuff from me cuz my phone carrier isnt supported....i dont see how this is fair....next time guys...make sure your stuff works before offering it to the public...its kinda messed up.........(and seriously a aquarium key? those things aint worth shat)

I would prefer it be charged. I tried to add more but it said I have reached my limit for the month and my bill was charged, I e-mailed the people doing the mobile thing and this is the reply I recieved

So what can I do?
I bought the Midsummer Swirl Bundles with the cash and have opened them and used them, and sold most of the items. So the charge would be easier, I just want my pass back asap. LOL.. Please let me know what is going to happen, because my mobile bill was charged for 3000 gaia cash

Just wanted to let you know what was going on with the rollback. After going through the records,
it looks like you had 12000 GC granted that was never charged properly to the carrier.

- If you have this much Gaia Cash in your account, great! We'll just deduct it and you're set.
(We have already fixed all the accounts that were in this category).
- If you have all the items you purchased, we'll retract the items.
- If you've sold the items, or traded them, then it's more complicated -- we'll need to roll back
everything by hand.

If you would prefer to keep the items you purchased, you have the option of adding enough
GC to your account, and we'll just adjust that.

I have gotten this message. But i don't understand. Neither my other friend. I'm worried that my items will be taking away..And i do know that i don't want that to happen. So can you explain this situation more simply so i can understand this.
