Everytime I go to buy the repo lamp from the cash shop its not there. Why is it being advertised if I can't buy it before it sells out?

The Repo Lamp has been gone from the Cash Shop for a long time now, unfortunately. There's no Random Item Generator in the Cash Shop at all at the moment, and the Repo Lamp itself hasn't been available to buy with cash since sometime in February, by my estimation. If you still want to buy one, you'll have to go via the Marketplace and get it using Gold. If you're still seeing the advertisement for it, it's very likely the result of a site glitch. Sorry.
