I ordered some cash and also got it, but this time i had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes to get the message with the pin. usually this message arrives after maximum 30 seconds... confused
hope it wont happen again...

Yes. It's definately faster than international mail-in. That one takes over 3 weeks! eek You're paying more for the zong option though, since you have to pay taxes over the amount you purchased. But at least it's legal. It is illegal to send money over the mail sweatdrop

When you give Zong your phone number, they text back saying reply to this text saying GAIA, is that it? but you get given a hotline number.. WHAT DO I DO. crying
I've replied back about 3times saying 'GAIA' nothing back.. Am I missing something ?

Well, i think they don't take your money out of your phone UNLESS you redeem the pin here on Gaia.
If that is possible.
So you could send and send and send and get a new pin number but teh second your redeem it, that money will be taken out of your phone.

So i guess it's safe to say try it again, but please don't take my word on it... i don't feel like being held responsible if someone loses money.

that's a good point. I'm still waiting for my thing to go through so I can enter the pin.

I just hope that's correct.

I tried this mobile thing awhile back...just did it again today. At no time did I recieve a pin.

Umm, I just ordered some cash through mobile and I got a message asking me to reply to finish the transaction. I replied of course but never got a reply back or any GC so I replied a few more times hoping it would work. Still hasn't.
Just wondering, because I replied back about three times, am I going to get charged 3 times?

EDIT: I cancelled the transaction which said it was still pending.

Normally, at the start of the month the credit/mobile payment limit resets, so I can spend again. It has not done so all October (Causing me to miss out on buying multiples of the Wolf EI ;_; ). I realise I bought cash fairly late last month, but it's meant to reset at the start of every new month, no? It seems it has worked that way for many others. After I reply OKGAIA I get:

"Your purchase for Echovox SMS failed as you do not have sufficient credit available. Pls recharge your service."

Sent to me several times.
Keeping in mind I have $245.92 Australian worth of credit on my phone.

Help out this Australian customer Gaia?
