Original: TL;DR: Everyone that cashed a $25 gift card since August 11th will receive a Crystal Box if they didn't receive one already. Explanation: When development implemented the Crystal Box grant, we had been told that it was only supposed to be granted for one particular Walmart $25 card. However, marketing was told that it was for everyone that granted any $25 card, and that's why it says "any Gaia Cash card." After talking it over, we've decided that it's not fair to tell people one thing and then do another. Accordingly, we're going to be granting a Crystal Box to everyone that has redeemed a $25 gift card since August 11th (if you didn't already get one). It'll take us a couple of days to put together the scripts, so you can expect to get your Crystal Box next week sometime. Thanks for your patience and understanding. |
