Well, surprise-surprise, it actually let me log in today, but then, it's done that before only to lock me out the next day. Fishes are in frozen state for the next forever as I'm still very leery of trusting Gaia at this point with this account. My main is fine, and my guild mule is also fine ~ I use them everyday ~ on the same computer I am now using with this account ~ Windows Vista on Firefox.

As I noted earlier, this started happening after I linked with Facebook... weird. Sure wish it would be 100% back as this account is used for one of the games in our guild. Said game has been on lock down for over a month now. gonk

And we're locked out again today... But this account has no problems... it's the same computer I'm sitting at everyday... so what's the deal? Sure would be nice if someone would stop by and at least acknowledge we even posted, given the ticket was closed with a post it here message. rolleyes

We want and need Stargazer Lily to be able to come back to GGG! scream

I'm still having trouble logging into my main account. Sometimes I can log in, some times I can't. I had thought it was resolved but I don't know why this is happening. I use firefox and have Vista.

I'm in today - No for yesterday - very hit and miss. Better than before when it was no every single day. This is frustrating because I know it is not my computer or Firefox or whatever. If it were, I wouldn't be able to use my main or my guild mule. It's only this account and occasionally another mule I moved all the stuff from this one to. *sigh*

Every time I first go to the login page, it skips it and immediately takes me to the 'login was unsuccessful' page. I'm worried about my account being banned if this keeps up, because it says that if it happens too often, the account will be banned.

It's been doing that to me for at least a month... sometimes I don't even try to use this account. But surprise-surprise, it let me in today... who knows what it'll do tomorrow. Good luck.

update October 21:

I'm releasing a code patch either tomorrow (Thurs) or next Tuesday. This patch should address the "browser doesn't show me my usernames when I click on the username field", "please enter your password", and "login doesn't work with JavaScript disabled" problems on FF2+ and IE7+. This patch will not likely fix any of the PSP/PS3/DS login problems but please post if it does fix it.

Any idea when the bug that doesn't let us save our PW in the MP (if you have the PW remembered for mule accounts as well) will be fixed? Not being able to vend is not so cool. :*(

I'd also like to know if I have to remove all my stored PW's in order to get rid of the names of people I've gifted to from my login names. >.<

For the past couple of weeks I've been having trouble loggin into my account from my blackberry pearl, whenever I go to the main site, but it lets me on go gaia when I log in there, and it obviouly works on the computer. The first time it kept asking me for my password I was so worried I'd been hacked or something... sweatdrop but i'm sort of relieved this has been happening to other people and that it is being addressed.

For the last week I have been having a Issue of staying loged in. It has been driving me insane that I was unable to finish my Last Goal on the Demonbuster Game, which was to get 500 missions.


Everytime I log in.... it instantly logs me out and says that I have not log in when I click to do a mission or even get into Demonbuster. I was only lucky one day with my internet to get most of my goals done with my missions but after that it started acting up on me again and was unable to complete my last goal before the Game ended. I loved the cool skins but I wanted to get all the items from thre game..... now that the game is over I am very mad because I was not able to get the last item from my goals.

I tried everything I could to stay on but ever time I log in the site comes back at me and says I have not loged in.

Any help?

It's still hit and miss with Gaia accepting my password... More miss than hit... Yes on the 5th, no on the 6th, ok today... How much longer before this little bug is fixed? I'd like to get my fishes back in the tank and play in my guilds. confused

Lil Brat and Gilda can get in anytime, and it's the same computer - Vista - Firefox - ... Just this account... crying

Please report any login-related BUGS you find -- we are upgrading some things and I want to try to track what's been fixed and what's left to fix
(one post per issue).
If your account was banned or blocked, that's not a bug (you can find other threads and the contact us link at the bottom of the page for those issues).

Known Bugs:

• Login onto the main site doesn't work from PSP, PS3, Nintendo DS, Palm Phones (error message is "please enter your password"; been happening for over 6 weeks)
  
• "Remember Me" doesn't work (we're attempting to fix this in the next few days)
  
• "Slow Down Buddy" as soon as I log in which prevents me from doing anything (usually due to a buggy Skype browser extension)
  
• iPhone (Safari mobile) is unable to login to the main site from the header (the form field still says "username" after I click on it; began when the login form went purple)

Why is my problem not listed... it's not Banned/Blocked - it's not Remember Me - I am not using PSP, PS3, Nintendo DS or a Palm Phone - and yes, it's been happening over 6 weeks...

It's similar to the PSP etc. issue - just on my main computer, and only on this account. There are several of us here experiencing this problem. It's a little better - some days I can actually get in without asking Gaia to send me a "new" password... It's just very frustrating as this is a guild mod and main character for said guild and the natives are getting restless. sweatdrop

I'm getting a general error when logging in. Its not the usual error you get when you type in your password wrong, I know the pass I'm putting in is correct by the way. It happens from time to time preventing me from logging into my account then after a while it lets me in. Please note its not this screen name and its happening to me right now. My account has [.] in it so I'm assuming that's where the bug is coming from.

Like the user above me, my main account's username also has a . in it. I usually don't have trouble logging on, but once in a while, I do. It's the same password I have saved on my computer and whatnot...and it's usually fixed after a while, but it's really scary when it tells me I have the wrong password.

The only way she can log in is to reset her password, and it only works for the one session where they auto log her in. Once she closes the window, she won't be able to play again until she makes a new password.

That's exactly what's happening to this account. Cross my fingers, so far it's let me in 3 days in a row now. But for at least 4-5 weeks, it was a no every day unless I reset the password and auto logged in. Once I went out, I was out. And you can only reset your pass once per day. The response to my ticket, Post your problem in this thread. Not easy to do when you can't get on. xp

Good luck to your wife in getting this sorted. Like I said, it's been hit & miss with this one. Mostly miss until about 3 days ago.
