Unable to purchase Gaia Cash

Just as the title implies. I go to the gaia cash store to choose and select my options for what I want to buy. I used paypal to direct all my payments. But when the payment page closes out and refreshes the screen, no payments are made nor transacted. So nothing is deducted from my paypal either (which is good). This has been going on for roughly a week and I thought something would settle for it self and work again at a later time. If anything this might be a serious bug. Please help.

Have you tried clearing cache? Switching browsers?
Did you add money from your card to your Paypal account, then use that money to purchase the cash instead?

sorry for the late reply, but I've been experimenting with the issue. I even took the task of clearing everything, and even using another computer to purchase gcash and still cant buy anything. No transactions are made even after exiting my paypal purchasing window during the payment process. any other tips? becuase this is quit frustrating :/
