Uh oh, Summoning Tome broken in towns

If you wear the Summoning Tome (Backfired Spell - Frog) in towns, every time you move, it has a weird red background behind it. D:

Well it seems with all the small items you can turn into it has a red square screen behind it. But their are a few things that dont have that: Alrauna's rose, Inaria's beads,etc.
