trouble with my house

I can't access my house at all, I was not even able to select a spot for it, I had it automatically placed, because nothing else worked.
Everytime I try to enter my house the loading screen goes up to 100% and says sweeping the floor and nothing happens... either my floor is very, very dirty or there is something wrong... sweatdrop
I also can't access Towns 2, because it tells me I am not logged in even though I am, Towns works, fishing works... most things work fine, but towns 2 and the house do not.
And I find my house important... What can I do?

This may or may not help.

Make sure you have the current version of Flash loaded in your computer.
Empty the cache.
Delete the cookies.
Reboot the system.
Then try logging back in with a fresh start.
Try a different browser.

i have house problems to i go there an item is missing every time and sometimes it wont let me use it again and if an item says i cant use it even know i jest! bough it if i try another it wont work after i used one that dos not work and sometimes it wont let me use it again

I cleared my house to redo it and now it won't let me change or sell the items I took out~~~~~~~~

It still does not work right, but I found an easy way to get around the loading problem...
It does not work in the new window accessed from the world tab, but if you don't open a new window and use decorate my house under my gaia it loads.
Still have not solved the towns 2 problem though.
I cleared my cache and cookies, but the window thing still does not work.
