So I brought some cash and my total was at 2398, the next tier was 2500 so I thought 'eh, hell with it, let's buy that tiny bit more to get the next tier', which I just have, but isn't coming up...?

Did you spend the cash you bought?
The tiers are a spending thing, so..

It should stack up.
I brought two sets to get the newest tier. As long as you do actually spend it, buying it doesn't count.

It should stack up.
I brought two sets to get the newest tier. As long as you do actually spend it, buying it doesn't count.
