i have no idea if this is a bug or what, but i can't actually find a way to submit a help ticket? the contact us page is useless

ou have 3 options

option A)
Clear your cookies


press ctrl+shift+del

then check the box "Cookies"


Log out and then log back in

Go to the Contact Us link at the bottom of the site, scroll down and
click on the Customer Support link on that page and file your ticket.

strange it isn't the correct link because that was copied from the elusive "click here" link on the contact us help page
