Much earlier in the month I made two donations which I never recieved. I PMed an admin with no answer ( I know they are busy and didn't mind not getting an answer back from them about something like this) so I also filled out a report and sent it in. Waited.

I just got an email saying that they looked into it and I had recieved the letters. But I swear I would have notice $40's of letters in my profile.

I still have the reciepets from the paypal transactions and everything but I am afraid that I will never see either my money back or the letters. cry

What about this? Could I show them the reciepts for the total amount in donations and then have them look at the transaction logs from my store and trades and how many letters I have in my profile?

There are some missing beause the numbers do not add up
