Television icon for video and card games won't give GCash

Hi. I clicked on this television icon and it takes me to a webpage where we watch a video then pick a card for GCash. Unfortunately, the video says "Thanks for supporting Gaia" and stuff and I picked a card and it gives me any amount of Gaia Cash. I navigate away from that page and still did not get that amount of GCash like we should. I think it's a glitch, because many of us are going through it often. Can you please take a look at this and see if there's a problem? If there is, can you please take care of this issue, Gaia? Thanks.

When there are no videos, it only grants gold. There is no problem. Double check before posting in the bug reports and you will see a gold coin on the card.
