I think I didn't receive mine because (irony) I was growin' sunflowers and as I harvested them went up 2 levels at a time. gonk I know there are a lot of times I didn't remember clickin' the button a couple of times in the beginning, but I certainly have every time since level 8.

I think I know what's going on I was offered a free item from another app on Facebook if I reached lvl 10 in another app it took about a week or so to receive it. Gaia may be having a problem giving out items with about half the site now playing and people hitting lvl 10 every other minute so they may be waiting for the lvling to slow down so they can just mass send out the item biggrin

Have you received the item eventually? You may be right about the issue. It seems almost everybody started palying to get the item. However, it would be nice if we were just informed about the problem and asked to wait.

If you're level 10, click the Redeem Gaia Gold and you'll get gold and the background. smile

im beyond lvl 10 but i probly wont be able to get it until i lvl up again neutral
