Still can't buy Back Alley Grab Bag

So like the title says, I still can't buy the Back Alley Grab Bag? Like, none of the packs. It still only shows "0 gold" underneath the icon. Has this not been looked at/fixed since the first person posted about the bug? Or am I the only one still stuck with the problem?
