Spikey drop opening error

Every time I try opening the spikey drop in my inventory, it keeps giving me this error (screenshot under the spoiler):

Initially I had tried opening it this morning when I first encountered this error and waited to try again a few more times afterwards, but I was still getting this error. I've opened the random gift drops, pink links, and event related gifts just fine so this is the only one being affected.

System: Windows 8.1
Browser: Google Chrome

That was going to be my next try but apparently the avatar save function's giving me errors as well. =/
I'll try it whenever the avatar error goes away. Thanks!
