Sending to all friends in a message.

I know it isn't big but it is still a problem right?
Anywho, when I try to send one message to all my friends it comes up with a huge list that list all my friends saying that they are not on my list.
Is this becaus one friend does not have his pm's enabled or a major Glitch that just isn't noticed.

Gaia no longer allows anyone to send messages to their friendslists as it got used so much to send on chain letters and the like.

You have to send your PMs individually.
