RARE ITEM PROBLEM!

HEY! I clicked on a pink box that was on my screen, it was just flying around like crazy, but I managed to click it. Once I clicked on the pink present box it just took me to the main page, I read somewhere that you have to check your inventory for the item, but when I went to my inventory nothing happened, what's up with that!?

there is some weird glitch with the rares.. click this link then after you do check your inventory.. your rare should be there then.
