Alright after this happening two times I have decided to post the error in this forum.

The 1st one I click on it three times and nothing ever happened, later I checked my inventory but nothing new... The second time happened during the page that appears right after a post, by the time I saw the event the page had already reloaded to the thread.

What can I do to claim my gifts?

! I clicked my blue giftbox that was flying around by my avie and it's not in my invintory. I am upset so much since I am questing and could use the item/gold.
