Well here it goes, a message was sent to me its content is the pin code i had entered the pin code on the zong purchase page and then i clicked "Continue" but then the page wont load and no trace of any successful transaction completed please help. sad Godspeed~

Zong hasn't been working for me for a few days now.
The bar pends at "message delivered..." but I've gotten no text message.
I have purchased cash via Zong before with success.

Location: Australia


I've got same problem. I live in France.


I Have The Same Exact Problem.
I Live In The U.S.A. I Thought It
Was My Phone o-o But Now I Know
It's Not I Guess.
It seems... Zong isn't working for alot of people.
I can recieve mobile confirmation SMS and it recognises when I send my confirmation but it doesn't credit my account. (Its been 4 days.)

Hi evryone who has bought from zong my name is taysha and as i hope you should know and do is if you have zong go to facebook and or twitter from your account type in the serch bar zong in capitols it will pop up the one you ate lookibg for is the one by its self just sais Zong in red lette click it like it or if you see it alredy at the top of there page after you poast tbe probem you have had enouph of you should complain to them there zong link is they go through fb and twitter send coplaints to boath and turn them in with proof of somthing maby a recept ect.. even if not soone els will theye after theres enouph will get there site removed for unauful use of facebook and twitter by fals murchendising to bring peole to them and fraud thank you al good luck!
