Well, i think they don't take your money out of your phone UNLESS you redeem the pin here on Gaia.
If that is possible.
So you could send and send and send and get a new pin number but teh second your redeem it, that money will be taken out of your phone.

So i guess it's safe to say try it again, but please don't take my word on it... i don't feel like being held responsible if someone loses money.

Don't! It's already tallied or taken out depending on your phone contract. I use Pay as you go so I can check straight away on my phone and the money had already come out!

Well, as soon as I got the text with the pin I got a PM here on gaia telling me that I got my cash. But I never entered the pin, though.
I'm from Germany if that matters..?

Click the same order again and it will say "resume purchase" then it will take you straight to the redeem part.

I placed an order and redeemed the pin, but the order didn't finish processing and my browser crashed! Will my order go through, or will I have to try again?

Wait it out. try doing something else in the meantime. Take a shower, have a snack, by the time you get back it should have sent. Mine took 20 min

Um, I've applied for 730 gaia cash (UK) and got the text message. (The text message is the one that says send GAIA to 78007 not the one with the pin!) But a) it on't let me send the reply and b) I had £15 worth of credit and it's all gone and I only ordered once. So I've lost all my money for this month and the text won't send. c) When is the pin text coming?

I can't try to redeem the cash because I've "exceeded the max redemptions today".
I'd I've only tried 3 times, but they didn't go through.
Will my pin still be valid until tomorrow?
And is the pin going through for anyone else?

I HAVE FOUND IT!

Okay everyone.
You know how you put your number in, blah, blah blah.
Wait for a couple seconds, until you receive a text.

YOU HAVE to stay ont eh site, don't close it, don't go off to another place, stay there.
After you receive your pin, a box should appear.
Should say, "Please enter your pin."
Do the obvious, enter it.
And just continue the rest, not really hard from there (:

Are you sure you got your info right? The contry and cell phone provider? Check these things, and wait. HOPEFULLY someone will come and help us instead of letting us yell instructions to each other in this thread!
