I got my code, entered it into the pin section, and then it tells me that the transaction has been timed out due to inactivity. The thing just sits there when it's sending information to my phone... the PIN section doesn't come up for quite some time, and this is allowing me to time out.

I'm afraid that I've been charged for the first one, because it told me to start over... so I hope I didn't get charged for one already.

i have done the zong thing, but every time i pay for it, it sends me the text with the pin but the pin is always hidden :s
yet im still getting charged, are you sure this works in the uk?
also, id like a refund, how do i ask for a refund

UPDATE 1:30pm: Some users have reported that transactions aren't completing after 15 minutes. Zong has been notified and they have fixed the issue, but they are keeping an eye on it.

Or where do you redeem the PIN once the page has been closed, it crashed on me and it only opens back up at the selection screen.

I don't know where to redeem my pin at I also received two pins and don't want to be charged 20 dollars for no gaia cash. I also am scared that by the time this is all sorted out the pins I get will be timed out and I will still be charged.
