I paid the $7.15 AUD for cash, my first one came in but the second one didn't as well as my third.
I mean as in, I got the cash for the first payment, but not for the second and third- And the money is gone from my account, so I did pay for it.
At first I thought the cash to my account was delayed, but then I remembered every other time it was instant, so this time shouldn't be different...

I've noticed quite a lot of people have this problem, so it's not just me. :c

After all I still haven't received the cash...

i paid it but they just said they cant see something that they got from me money... nice or?

Same happened here just now. 3 confirmed transactions and only received gg for one - I still have been charged for three :/

Same! I thought I did something wrong, so I put in another 3 euros, and bam, nothing appeared.
I hope this is fixed soon and I can get my gaia cash soon.

Just stating it here, I've sent an official billing inquiry now, I'm interested how long it will take people to reply to their paying customers :/

Same here, payed for three only got one... GAIA YOU STILL OWE ME 240 GAIA CASH!!!! thats my hard earned money... if i don't get my cash... im going to be pissed, and demand some sort of a refund!!!!!! this is annoying!!

I'm on the no cash train as well. The first $5 for 470 cash worked fine, then I did it again and it took my money but didn't give me the 470 cash. It said it should come in a few minuets, but usually it comes immediately. I've waited a while and still no cash =( Glad I'm not alone.

Purchased thru zong 1st transaction fine... USA second transaction gave pin and confirmation that transaction was complete and i had been charged. Didn't get my $9.99 gc -_-

It's the same for me too. 1st $5 (for 470 GCs) went through just fine. 2nd $5 (for another 470 GCs) claimed that it went through just fine, but no PM and no GCs were added. I thought maybe I did it too soon from the 1st time round. 15 minutes later, I tried 3rd $5 (for 470 GCs) and it was the same result of the 2nd round.

ZONG will not send me my pin. I have had successful transactions in the past, but I had issues today and during the half off aquarium sale. I keep retrying my number to no avail.

I would rather not get the pin than to get charged for a transaction that I didnt get my money from. They are listed with the better businesses bureau so if we get no result I suppose we can report it there. .____.
