Official "Slow Down" error thread - Updated Sept. 11

I got my first one today around 12:00 PM while I was posting in the General Discussion forum.
It has appeared about 3 or 4 times since then.

I have since changed my password and gotten rid of my signature (which according to the other users may be the cause).
Threads in the GD do go very fast so I do click around quite a bit, but I do wait the allotted time between posting messages.
I went to the support page that said a highlighter add-on may be the cause but I checked both my Windows and my Firefox and neither of them has an add-on like that.
I am a very confused user right now and I am most certainly not a bot.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I really want this matter to be resolved.

I just got one right now. I was trying to come up with a new outfit but I'm seriously lacking inspiration so I was just going through my items to see if I wanted to build something off one item. Then I got the message and it went by kind of quickly, so I couldn't read it all but what caught my eye was "banned". Will we get banned for getting too many of these warnings? Honestly, this is the first time in all my 7 years here that I've gotten this warning.

Got the first one 3 days ago. the duration to play gaia again is too long. i'm starting to start not playing gaia. it takes too long.... the one that i just previously had is now 1 day. argh! i want to play gaia not WAIT to play gaia! i love gaia! heart

I became active on Gaia again, about five days ago, so I've been posting and browsing the site more than usual.

But the only times I've had the Slow Down message, was when I was checking out the new RIG items on the marketplace. I had maybe ten to fifteen tabs open, one for each item and I clicked through the poses to see them on my avatar.

I was going pretty fast, so I didn't think much about it when it happened the first time. But yesterday I was checking out just two or three items, trying to meditate on each pose a little so it wouldn't give me the error message again, I got hit again. ;P
It's really annoying having to go slowly enough when I just want a quick glance at what something looks like and then just move on to the next pose.

I'm using Firefox version 3.5.9 (Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical - 1.0)
My Add-ons are Autocopy, info RSS and Ubuntu Firefox Modifications

It happened again.

I was going through my inventory in dress up, checking the poses in each item, deciding what to keep and what to sell away, so I guess I was going pretty fast again. >_>
I've been up to it for the most of the night, too.

Grah. It doesn't feel fast to me, so it seems weird to have to wait extra time before checking the next item just so the system doesn't think I'm botting. Besides, I have 8 pages of stuff so I don't really feel like slowing down if I want to get my own Spring Cleanup done here. xP

i keepings say "Trading has been disabled for this account. Please try again later."

i waited to 08:00 it still the same!

NOW 16:01 STILL THE SAME!
