Never received Furtive Shooter

so i got the 500GC via my Paypal account, spent it already, and i waited a day before
posting this. i still never got my free gift for having done this. ): did i do something
wrong or is it really that delayed... or did the process never go through?

You'll have to file a ticket in order to "ask" a member of the staff about it.

Oh no you never got it? I got mine right away...that's definitely a blooper.
