My account was banned for trading with my classmate using one accpess point for an ip address. both our accounts are logged in to that ipod of his then after dismissal we logged in and our accounts got banned... Tell me why? Please? and Can you help me restore my account to unbanned status?

Read the Terms of Service to make sure you didn't do anything to violate it then file a ticket on the Support site (use the "contact us" link).

It didn't work... All it did was show me a ticket page with no fill ups or anything. Just a ticket containing no information.
