Yes this is serious and true there is a money bug. I did a trade with my friend giving her 5000 gold for a trade. Well i got what she sent ecept she didn't get what i sent to her. So now i have lost almost all my money from this bug or glich or whatever it may be. Please help!

You will find there isn't much that can be done. The bank is currently listed as Use at your own risk pretty much. What was lost, is lost, it might return, but no guarentees.
