i mispriced an item and reported it about 2-3 months ago and im still waiting to hear about getting it back because i actually like the item now. and i would like to use it

By "reported it" you mean you filed a ticket? How long after you made the listing/it sold did you file the ticket? Is the ticket still open or has it been closed?

i filed it right away after i made the mistake and its still "work in progress" for the last 2 months.
