For some reason I can not wear either of them on my head. Can anyone explain why? Thanks.

try facing away when you equip the snowman.

oh and Snowman does not appear when you face forward.

I can equip each one (but not both) when I turn around. The earmuffs disapear when I turn forward. I can understand the snowman, its on the back of the head, but the muffs should show.
