Loyal's Bazaar Attendance Issue

What's going on:
Today is the 4th day in a row that Loyal has told me, "You have to log in for the next 10 days."

Here is the link to my Diary of Re-Entry to Loyal's Bazaar. Here I am posting every day, how many days Loyal's claims I must log in for re-entry.

I'm also making a similar thread for counting down to the Marathon Achievement, which coincidentally is also keeping track of my straight run of logging into Gaia at the same time.


Here's why I am Confused:
I was unexpectedly booted from Loyal's Bazaar for no understood reason. I cannot remember a time since I gained access to Loyal's about 2 months ago that I have missed logging in long enough to warrant being booted from Loyal's.


Here's what I know:
1.)I do not have the "Remember Me" option checked on my browser.
2.) My browser's stats:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/37.0.2062.120 Safari/537.36
3.) The same thing happened the first time I was trying to gain access to Loyal's.

September 24th it said "You have to log in for the next 8 days."

and I have gotten online before midnight california time every day in between, and today September 27th it is back to saying "You have to log in for the next 8 days."

I logged in yesterday, sept. 28th, it said 7 days.

today the 29th it says 8 days again.

I HAVE NOT MISSED A DAY SINCE SEPTEMBER 20TH.
THAT'S 12 DAYS.

I am still at "You have to log in for the next 7 days."

why can't you guys fix this?

October 2nd.

October 3rd.
"You have to log in for the next 6 days."

I've heard that people have had success in getting this issue fixed by sending a help ticket to Gaia explaining the issue, perhaps you could try that.

thank you for the suggestion. I submitted a ticket, and within 2 hours I was re-admitted into Loyal's.
